RestoRank is an online service (SaaS) that measures a restaurant's visibility in AI assistant responses (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews), tracks its performance against competitors, and provides optimisation recommendations. The initial audit is free; continuous tracking and advanced modules are available by subscription.

Subscriptions are taken out online after creating an account. The customer warrants the accuracy of the information provided and is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential. The service is reserved for business professionals.

• A free 7-day trial is offered on first subscription.

Prices are shown excluding tax; applicable VAT is added at invoicing. The prices in force are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of order.

Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance to the registered payment method. In the event of a failed payment, access to the service may be suspended until the account is settled.

Subscriptions are entered into for a one-month term, automatically renewed at each period end. The customer may cancel at any time from their billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund for the month in progress, and access remains open until that date.

As the service is provided to professionals in the course of their business, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers (under applicable consumer protection law) does not apply. Any commercial guarantee (trial, satisfaction guarantee) is governed by the terms displayed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription.

RestoRank uses reasonable efforts to ensure service availability but provides no guarantee against interruption. Results are based on AI provider responses at a given point in time: they are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of ranking or revenue. The publisher's liability shall not exceed the amounts paid over the preceding twelve months.

Data processing is described in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon.
